Global or Master Groups or Elements (Vault)
As you begin using Poppy frequently, you inevitably paste groups or elements into new boards for use. The challenge is that when you make an improvement to one, you must update that version in every board it's in… my spreadsheet is borderline madness at this point.
Add an example, I paste customer brand voice group elements into new boards regularly. Even more of a headache is when you consider a team element. Versioning is a total nightmare.🤣
One solution is to be able to assign an element as a global master. When the matter is modified, the changes ripple to all the children.

I think we should have a centralised depository for all our files, we then call on those files into our boards - or as we drag the files onto our boards, we should see our files be deposited into a depository of some sort so that we can have access to them.
I guess if you scrape them once and you reuse the file, it would save Poppy on tokens and speed up the process of creating boards just that little bit.
At the moment I feel that we cant get access to our files once they are uploaded into our boards, however if we lose a file for whatever reason, we should be able to access the file in our Poppy depository.

New feature request - Search chats
The feature I think Poppy should have is a search bar that searches all the chat modules for all instances throughout all boards that contain that term.
This would help me because I always forget which chat, which chat module, and even sometimes which board I used, then it’s a huge pain to try to find the info I’m looking for.
