I think we should have a centralised depository for all our files, we then call on those files into our boards - or as we drag the files onto our boards, we should see our files be deposited into a depository of some sort so that we can have access to them.

I guess if you scrape them once and you reuse the file, it would save Poppy on tokens and speed up the process of creating boards just that little bit.

At the moment I feel that we cant get access to our files once they are uploaded into our boards, however if we lose a file for whatever reason, we should be able to access the file in our Poppy depository.
