Universal Memory button that lives on every board

Add a small movable Poppy button in the corner of every board (top right by default). Hovering over it opens a few options, one being Memory. Tapping it lets the board save memory, or it acts as a universal memory layer that watches what I'm doing and remembers the important parts automatically, plus anything I explicitly tell it to remember.

The problem it solves: I work across many boards with different contexts. Right now Poppy doesn't easily carry what I meant in one chat over to another. A universal memory button would let me capture context on the fly and pull it into any chat later, so Poppy understands what I'm referring to across boards without me re-explaining every time.
