Override Preferences

I'd love to see General or Override preferences where we can add information that we'd like included in ALL conversations.

Anthropic has this in its general preference settings:

"What personal preferences should Claude consider in responses?

Your preferences will apply to all conversations."

This is immensely helpful when coding and will be VITAL for Poppy team usage to add guardrails and usage control.
