It would organize thoughts, board, streamline content, colorcode groups, create Anotations, Color code levels or number sections or process, make the board look and feel systematic reducing confusion,

Create functions where your able to direct how the board is organized,
1,2,3,4 for processes

Explainer board: Color code Anotations, groups, text boxes.

Systematic Board: Designed for flow. Like an assembly line. Similar to a process board but horizontial rather than vertical.

An organized board can almost become conditional logic. It is complicated however when an event or task is competed a prompt is run to take you to the next stage.

Once you have the ability to beautify and organize your board workflows will become easier and more efficient.
