GDPR Compliance

As a customer from Germany, data protection and regulatory compliance are very important considerations. This is not only relevant in Germany, but across the entire European Union.

To use Poppy AI for processing personal data through chatbots, knowledge bases, or API integrations, EU customers need appropriate legal safeguards under GDPR requirements. Since Poppy AI is based in the United States, one of the most straightforward solutions would be participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework:

If joining the framework is not currently planned, it would still be very helpful to provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for customers who need to meet GDPR compliance requirements.

Providing these measures would make Poppy AI significantly more attractive for European businesses and organizations and would likely remove a major barrier to adoption for many potential customers.
