fix your system so it doesnt glitch out and have to reprocess and losing double credits. i've lost most of my credits due to this. i should be getting credited for that but you have zero customer support. making it impossible to fix issues. i've told many people of this product and i'm truly regretting that. your product is stealing from its customers and they don't even know... very unethical! also have been double charged and not received my credits...
