Customers need transparency

I had to ask support what plan I’m currently on, when my plan expires, and I can’t even cancel my subscription myself through Poppy if I wanted to.

I also want to upgrade my plan to see what it’s like, but I’d have to do a yearly subscription, which is dumb. I’d want to try it monthly first before investing long-term.
