API - Internet Searching

API calls to Poppy, we need the ability to invoke Internet searches.
Currently having to use OpenAI for this for some clients. Would be great to have everything in Poppy and not have to use OpenAI to do the Internet searches then feed the results to a Poppy HTTPS call.
