Create named Vaults with custom icons - Organize by topic, by project, by client, whatever makes sense to you

Drag and drop, straight from the board - Drag any piece of content toward the Vault and it's saved. Remove it from the Vault and it updates everywhere it's used.

Everything stays in sync - Edit a text block that came from your Vault, and it updates in the Vault (and every board using it) automatically

Smart Search - Search "short form" and instantly pull up every Vault, group, and item related to it

Use it directly in chat - Attach a Vault item (like a framework or reference doc) to any Poppy chat and let it guide what Poppy writes for you
